About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support business and product decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to analyze data, build reports, and help the company make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and insights
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Define and track KPIs and performance metrics
• Support product and business decision-making with data insights
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to improve data quality
• Document data definitions, metrics, and analytical methodologies
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Experience in product analytics (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
