As our team expands, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of new marketing services under the mentorship of our founder.

 

What you’ll work with:

  • Managing and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) alongside SEO-driven growth.
  • Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch: from traffic to conversion.
  • Developing creatives and offers: messaging, value propositions, and hypothesis-driven testing.
  • Improving landing pages and website CRO: structure, copy, CTAs, UX, and user journeys.
  • Running A/B tests end-to-end: launch → analyze → document insights → scale winning experiments.
  • Working with analytics and unit economics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV.
  • Conducting competitive research: funnels, creatives, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Dev teams on website improvements, experiments, and growth initiatives.

     

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of funnel economics and key marketing metrics.
  • Strategic, system-level thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build, test, and scale hypotheses quickly.
  • Experience with paid acquisition (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and SEO growth is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of growth experiments.

 

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience in SEO agencies, link building companies, or digital marketing consultancies.
  • Experience with pricing models, service packaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience working with international markets and clients.
