Atlassian Engineer

Rock&Apps is looking for experienced Atlassian Engineer🚀 As the number of our products continues to grow, our team keeps expanding, and our infrastructure is becoming more complex. We’ve reached the point where we need a specialist who can help us structure and automate this infrastructure. We use Jira and Confluence as the central tools for managing our processes. Right now, our Atlassian setup is operating at a basic level, and we’ve reached the stage where we need an engineer who can help bring order to it and take automation to the next level.

What you’ll do

- Administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud 

- Configuration of field schemes, workflows, permission schemes, and automations 

- Integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, and other systems 

- Development of dashboards, reports, SLAs, and analytics panels 

- License and role optimization, group and space management 

- User support and best-practice documentation

What we’re looking for

- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration 

- Experience in configuring and customizing Atlassian products to meet the organization's workflows and business requirements 

- Ability to design and implement workflows, issue types, custom fields, and screen layouts 

- Ability to evaluate and install plugins, ensuring compatibility and performance 

- Knowledge of Atlassian products' APIs and integration capabilities 

- Ability to integrate Atlassian products with other tools and systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations 

- Ability to develop simple automation workflows to streamline processes and improve productivity

Extra points if you have

- Experience with Atlassian Cloud API, Automation, and ScriptRunner 

- Understanding of ITIL processes, especially incident and change management 

- Skills in working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
