Senior Product Manager
PIN-UP.TRAFFIC is a group of companies within the PIN-UP Global that provides quality, payback traffic to customer products and services in markets where they have a presence. It has been operating since 2016 under the flagship project of the group of companies – the PIN-UP Partners partnership program.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Full ownership of product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate business goals into clear product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Own short- and mid-term product planning.
- Continuously validate hypotheses through data, customer input, and hands-on product usage.
Customer Experience & Automation
- Strong customer orientation with regular direct interaction with clients and users.
- Hands-on usage of the product and deep understanding of real HR workflows.
- Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient user actions and turn them into automated product solutions.
- Drive automation of HR processes to reduce user effort, errors, and time-to-value.
- Collaborate with design on UX/UI that combines clarity with scalable automation.
Discovery, Analytics & Requirements
- Gather, structure, and prioritize requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
- Make decisions based on data and user feedback rather than assumptions.
- Experience working with Agile product development methodologies
Delivery & Execution
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Lead refinement sessions and ensure clear scope understanding across the team.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage and support Business Analysts by setting priorities and ensuring high-quality requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and manage expectations.
- Build and maintain a stakeholder matrix with clear decision rights (request / approve / consult).
- Act as a strategic liaison between product and executives (CEO, CHRO, Head of Product), ensuring alignment and sign-off on key deliverables.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions transparently.
- Represent the voice of the customer across the team and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the HR Tech product end-to-end: from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Work directly with customers and users to understand needs, pain points, and real workflows.
- Lead discovery activities and convert insights into clear product decisions and priorities.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap.
- Own backlog management: prioritization, refinement, and readiness for delivery.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for product scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure high-quality requirements and clear role ownership.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and project management to enable fast and predictable delivery.
- Drive automation initiatives and UX improvements across the product.
- Run regular product management routines (planning, refinement, reviews, stakeholder syncs).
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensure product outcomes align with business goals and user value.
