ASO Specialist (App Store Optimization)

We are looking for ASO/ASA specialist for our music app https://MusConv.com

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle textual ASO optimization: collecting and clustering the semantic core, preparing metadata (Title, Subtitle, Keywords, Description) for the App Store and Google Play.
  • Working with visuals: developing hypotheses for icons and screenshots, creating briefs for designers, and overseeing implementation.
  • Competitor analysis: monitoring updates, visual strategies, and rankings of key players in the niche.
  • Localization of app store pages for different countries (taking into account cultural nuances, slang, and trends).
  • Analytics and reporting: tracking ranking dynamics, the impact of updates on conversion rate (CR), and organic installs.
  • App submission and moderation process control.

     

Requirements:

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience in ASO (preferably with international markets: Tier-1, LATAM, SEA).
  • Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms.
  • Proficiency with tools such as AppFollow, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, or Asodesk.
  • Strong analytical skills, confident use of Excel / Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret test results.
  • English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher for working with international semantics.
  • Strong attention to detail: understanding the difference between a “search query” and a “keyword,” and zero errors in metadata.

     

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) to strengthen ASO strategy.
  • Understanding of mobile marketing fundamentals and the interaction between ASO and User Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of App Store moderation processes.
