HR Generalist

Hi there! We’re Onicore — a growing fintech company building user-friendly payment solutions for a global audience.

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment, who is not afraid to take ownership of their decisions and ideas, and is able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

— Own the full hiring cycle: from gathering requirements and sourcing candidates to making offers and onboarding.

— Work closely with hiring managers, helping to shape role profiles and hiring strategies.

— Conduct initial HR interviews and provide constructive feedback.

— Build, improve and scale recruitment processes and the hiring funnel, including analytics.

— Support core HR processes: onboarding, documentation, internal policies, and HRM systems.

— Create and maintain a positive candidate and employee experience.

What we expect you to have:

— 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.

— Strong focus on recruitment and understanding of the full hiring cycle.

— High level of independence and ownership.

— Strong communication skills and structured thinking.

— English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

— Experience working in IT, product, and/or service companies.
