Partnership Success Manager
Turbo Stars is a multi-product IT company delivering fast, high-quality, and cutting-edge B2B solutions for the iGaming industry.
We’re always on the lookout for people who share our mindset — and right now, we’re looking for a Partnership Success Manager to join our team 🚀
Responsibilities:
- Analyze partner performance, including GGR, NGR, conversion, retention, and uptime.
- Benchmark partner results against market standards and develop actionable growth hypotheses.
- Prepare Partner Growth Plans, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Lead onboarding of new partners, including First 30–90 Days Plans, promotions, and welcome activities.
- Launch and coordinate growth campaigns (promotions, tournaments, retention initiatives, cross-promo).
- Manage relationships with strategic partners (Top 20–30), including QBRs and loyalty programs.
- Support Account Managers in complex or non-standard partner cases.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in iGaming / B2B / Partnerships / Growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong business and growth-oriented thinking.
