Middle+ Shopware Developer

We are looking for a Shopware Developer with 5+ years of commercial development experience, 2+ years of Shopware experience, and conversational English to contribute to the development of a cloud infrastructure service for large e-commerce platforms.
 

The project:
A cloud solution that automates the management of custom workloads, applications, and APIs across private and public cloud provider environments.
The client is a leader in cloud hosting and automation, with solutions that help businesses quickly migrate storefronts to any cloud. The product is designed for high reliability, predictable scalability, and uninterrupted performance even under peak loads.
To date, more than 3,000 businesses have successfully moved to the cloud.

Stack: Magento, Shopware, Сloud (AWS, Azure), Terraform.
Team: 2 Magento/Shopware Developers and a DevOps Engineer on our side.
 

Responsibilities:
— Debugging and maintaining Shopware code
— Debugging Magento 2 code (if experienced with it)
— Interaction with related services: Redis, Varnish, RabbitMQ, MySQL, New Relic, Postman, internal panel
— Backend and infrastructure optimization
 

Requirements:
— 5+ years of commercial development experience
— 2+ years of experience with Shopware, with a focus on Shopware 6
— In-depth knowledge of Shopware 6: DAL, Business Events, Flow Builder, Store API / Admin API
— Solid understanding of Symfony: Dependency Injection, Messenger Component (queues), EventDispatcher
— Experience with frontend extensions: Twig (Storefront) and Vue.js basics
— Skills in working with AWS 
— Skills in using Docker and Unix (SSH)
— Spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
 

Will be a plus:
– Experience with Magento and related stack: Redis, Varnish, RabbitMQ, MySQL, New Relic, Postman, internal panel

– Experience with Azure

Interview stages:
1. Interview with a recruiter and English check (45 min)
2. Technical interview with the project developer and the company’s Head of Delivery (1 hour) 
3. Interview with the Team Lead (1.5 hours) 
4. Interview with the CTO (1 hour, possible additional stage)
