Talent Recruiter Offline

We are seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to identify and onboard independent content creators for our digital entertainment platform. You'll be responsible for building relationships with performers who create live-streamed video content for adult audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit performers/models for webcam-based entertainment services
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential talent
• Explain platform features, payment structures, and performance expectations
• Guide new performers through onboarding and account setup
• Maintain ongoing communication to support talent retention
• Ensure all recruits meet age verification and legal compliance requirements
• Track recruitment metrics and achieve monthly hiring goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in entertainment, modeling, or digital content sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of adult entertainment industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work with diverse populations in a professional, respectful manner
• Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency
• Knowledge of age verification and identity compliance protocols
