Trainee / Junior Talent Sourcer to $400

We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Talent Sourcer who is eager to start a career in IT recruitment and learn how to identify, attract, and engage tech talent. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and grow into a Recruiter role.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Write and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening (profile review, basic qualification checks)
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (CleverStaff)
• Support recruiters in ongoing hiring processes

• Participate in improving sourcing strategies and employer branding activities

   

Requirements

• Strong interest in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Good written communication skills in English (Intermediate or higher)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and stay organized
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with LinkedIn Helper or similar tools

• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or Boolean search

   

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, job boards)

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or sales
