Trainee / Junior Talent Sourcer to $400

We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Talent Sourcer who is eager to start a career in IT recruitment and learn how to identify, attract, and engage tech talent. This role is a great entry point into Talent Acquisition with a clear growth path toward a Recruiter position.

You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes while working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Search and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and X-ray/Boolean search
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages to candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening (profile review, basic qualification checks)
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS (CleverStaff)
  • Support recruiters in ongoing hiring processes
  • Participate in improving sourcing strategies and employer branding activities
  • Learn to analyze sourcing results and continuously improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

  • Strong interest in recruitment/talent sourcing and willingness to learn
  • English level B1 or higher (written communication is required)
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and tech career paths
  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate research
  • Basic knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and stay organized
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ownership of tasks
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Completed or ongoing recruitment / HR courses
  • Experience with ATS, CRM systems, or job boards
  • Background in HR, recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Helper or similar automation tools
