Project Manager Offline

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with a passion for iGaming to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality gaming projects on time and within budget. You'll work closely with product, development, design, and compliance teams to bring exciting gaming experiences to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of iGaming projects including new game launches, platform features, and system integrations
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory compliance requirements are met
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
• Track project metrics and KPIs, providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations (payment providers, game studios, etc.)
• Ensure gaming products meet jurisdictional compliance and certification requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in iGaming, online gaming, or related digital entertainment industries
• Strong understanding of iGaming products including slots, table games, live casino, or sports betting
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
