We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing growth in Brazil and help scale one of our key markets.
Your role
You’ll be responsible for Brazil’s marketing growth — from paid channels to campaign planning and hypothesis testing.
We’re not looking for someone who “just runs ads”, but someone who thinks in terms of growth, traffic, and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Plan and launch paid campaigns:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Plan marketing activities around:
- seasonality
- local events
- demand and traffic peaks
- Test hypotheses, creatives, audiences, and formats
- Work with analytics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, traffic)
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and local creators
- Propose and execute non-standard, cost-efficient growth ideas
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
(TikTok Ads is a strong plus) - Solid understanding of performance marketing & growth
- Ability to plan campaigns, not just execute them
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
- Proactive attitude and ownership of a market
