Tech Recruiter in iGaming Offline

We're seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter with a passion for the iGaming industry to source, attract, and hire exceptional technical talent. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, working across our offices in Dubai, Spain, and Cyprus (or remotely), partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams that drive our platform forward. This role requires someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities within the iGaming tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Security specialists
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, gaming communities, and other technical channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of iGaming tech talent across EMEA and other regions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation for the iGaming industry
  • Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring competitive positioning in the market
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
  • Represent the company at tech events, conferences, and gaming industry meetups
  • Stay updated on iGaming industry trends, competitor hiring activities, and salary benchmarks across Dubai, Spain, and Cyprus markets
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on employer branding initiatives targeted at tech professionals

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment within the iGaming, online betting, or casino gaming industry (required)
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and engineering workflows specific to iGaming platforms
  • Experience recruiting in EMEA markets, particularly Dubai, Spain, or Cyprus
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to assess technical candidates and speak credibly about technology
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Arabic are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)
  • Established network of technical professionals in the gaming industry
  • Understanding of remote hiring practices and distributed team building
