Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing (B2B Lead Generation)

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the marketing function. You will be responsible for building, running, and continuously improving lead-generation systems that directly impact revenue. You will have the freedom to test hypotheses, control the marketing budget, and make decisions that affect the companyβs growth.
What success looks like in the first 3β6 months
- Predictable inbound lead flow for software development services
- Clear ICPs and positioning for core industries
- Working lead funnels (ads β landing pages β qualification β sales handoff)
Measurable contribution to the sales pipeline (SQLs, opportunities, revenue influence)
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for lead generation
- Build and manage inbound funnels (ads, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences)
- Generate MQLs and SQLs - not traffic or vanity metrics
- Optimize conversion rates at every funnel stage
- Define ICPs and buyer personas in close collaboration with Sales
- Set up and maintain marketing dashboards (leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rates)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Work directly with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven experience generating B2B leads for services or SaaS
- Experience working with long sales cycles and high-ticket offerings
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and close collaboration with Sales teams
- Experience in a B2B marketing role (Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and funnels
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), analytics, landing pages
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
