Now, we’re looking for an Outreach Specialist ⭐️ with hands-on experience who’s ready to take ownership of outbound campaigns, work with hypotheses, and contribute to measurable business results.

 

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth, lead generation, or outbound campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Email marketing campaigns and basic automation tools
  • Confident use of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, filters, outreach workflows)
  • Ability to launch, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and Email campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams β€” supporting outreach activities, validating leads, assisting across directions
  • Strong hypothesis-driven mindset: ability to generate ideas, test them, analyze results, and iterate
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and client acquisition logic
  • English level: Intermediate+ (written communication)

  • Experience building or optimizing marketing or lead generation processes
  • Familiarity with outreach or lead generation automation tools
  • Experience working with additional channels or segmentation approaches
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to experiment
  • Understanding of IT / tech / digital environment
  • Experience working with the Ukrainian B2B market

 

Duties & Responsibilities πŸ’Ό

  • Launching, configuring, and managing LinkedIn and Email outreach campaigns
  • Testing new ideas, channels, segments, and messaging approaches for client acquisition
  • Working closely with the Sales team:
    • supporting outreach tasks
    • validating and qualifying leads
    • maintaining campaign flow
  • Researching and identifying relevant target companies and contacts
  • Preparing and running targeted outbound campaigns for specific niches
  • Analyzing campaign performance and key metrics
  • Proposing improvements to workflows and enhancing overall campaign performance
