As a Lead Generation Specialist, youβll help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Youβll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.
Required Skills:
β 6+ months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or agency)
β Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
β Strong written English (B2+)
β Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages
β Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
β Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
β Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
Would be a plus:
β Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)
What youβll do:
β Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
β Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
β Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
β Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
β Book intro calls for Business Development Managers
