Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.
 

Required Skills:

β€” 6+ months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or agency)
β€” Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
β€” Strong written English (B2+)
β€” Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages
β€” Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
β€” Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
β€” Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:

β€” Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)

 

What you’ll do:

β€” Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
β€” Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
β€” Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
β€” Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
β€” Book intro calls for Business Development Managers
