UI/UX Designer
QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help maintain the company’s design standards.
Work type: Remote.
Technical level: Middle.
Job category: UI/UX Designer.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, scaling, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s design system;
- Audit existing UI components to identify inconsistencies and eliminate duplication;
- Create, configure, and maintain Figma components, variables, and design tokens;
- Ensure consistent application of UX principles, UI standards, and responsive design rules across products;
- Participate in design workshops, internal reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, and Sales teams to align design solutions with business goals;
- Document design processes and maintain clear, up-to-date design guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, variables/design tokens);
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems;
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and UI design methodologies;
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design decisions clearly.
