UI/UX Designer

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help maintain the company’s design standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, scaling, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s design system;
  • Audit existing UI components to identify inconsistencies and eliminate duplication;
  • Create, configure, and maintain Figma components, variables, and design tokens;
  • Ensure consistent application of UX principles, UI standards, and responsive design rules across products;
  • Participate in design workshops, internal reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions;
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, and Sales teams to align design solutions with business goals;
  • Document design processes and maintain clear, up-to-date design guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.

 

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, variables/design tokens);
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems;
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and UI design methodologies;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design decisions clearly.
