Lead Generation Funnel Developer to $5000

We’re building and scaling performance-driven personal injury (MVA) lead generation funnels for U.S. law firms. This role is for a hands-on marketer/developer who can own the full funnel + tracking stack — from landing page and form logic to Meta pixel accuracy and lead routing.

 

You will be responsible for building, wiring, and validating PI funnels that actually monetize, not just designing pages.

 

This is a practical role with real traffic, real spend, and clear performance expectations.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Build high-converting landing pages and multi-step lead forms for personal injury (MVA) offers
  • Work with tools such as:

     

    • LeadCapture.io
    • LeadHooks
    • Unbounce

     

  • Implement proper PI qualification logic:

     

    • Motor vehicle accidents only
    • Not-at-fault confirmation
    • Statute of limitations eligibility
    • TCPA-compliant consent

     

  • Configure lead routing and monetization via LeadProsper (ping/post):

     

    • Buyer rules
    • Pricing tiers
    • Caps and fallback logic

     

  • Set up and verify Meta (Facebook) tracking:

     

    • Pixel events (PageView, Lead, custom conversions)
    • Domain verification
    • Advanced matching

     

  • Ensure clean attribution using UTMs and GA4
  • QA funnels end-to-end (front-end, tracking, lead delivery)
  • Debug discrepancies between Meta, funnel analytics, and lead buyer counts
  • Improve conversion rate and buyer acceptance over time

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Experience building lead generation funnels (insurance or legal vertical strongly preferred)
  • Direct experience setting up Meta/Facebook pixels (not just ad management)
  • Understanding of server-side vs client-side tracking (CAPI is a plus)
  • Experience with ping/post lead distribution or similar lead marketplaces
  • Comfortable troubleshooting tracking, routing, and data mismatches
  • Able to work independently and deliver production-ready setups

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Prior work with personal injury or insurance lead gen
  • Experience with LeadProsper specifically
  • Familiarity with ClickFlare, Voluum, or similar tracking tools
  • Understanding of U.S. TCPA compliance basics
  • Ability to suggest funnel and qualification improvements, not just implement specs
