Bilingual Virtual Client Onboarding and Support
We are a fast-growing credit consulting company that helps clients boost personal credit and obtain business credit. We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and trustworthy bilingual virtual assistant (Russian & English) to join our team.
This role requires working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We need someone who actually works during work hours, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the credit improvement and business credit process
- Communicate with clients in English and Russian (calls, messages, emails)
- Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
- Manage CRM systems and client records
- Draft emails, follow-ups, and client communications
- Be proactive and creative in solving client issues
- Assist with sales-related tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Fast computer and high-speed stable internet
- Excellent typing and writing skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and email communication
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
- Sales experience is a big plus
