Administrative, Technical Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative & Technical Assistant on behalf of our client.

 

This position is focused on home service business in the US. The project has a structured workflow with clear steps, and full training will be provided.

 

Requirements:
• Basic technical skills (Windows, Google Sheets, general computer skills)
• Strong attention to detail and patience
• Ability to handle monotonous, repetitive work
• Responsibility, reliability, and long-term commitment
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
• English - B2 (to work with platforms and understand instructions)

 

Responsibilities:
• Helping in the process of creating new listings for home service businesses in the US
• Setting up and managing Google and Facebook listings
• Registering domains and working with accounts
• Preparing and uploading images
• Creating and managing Facebook pages
• Following a structured step-by-step workflow
• Performing repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Taking on additional responsibilities over time as the role evolves
