SEO Specialist (USA Market)

Eco Cleaning provides professional cleaning services in the US market and is ranked among the top cleaning companies in New York City according to Yelp.

We are currently looking for an experienced SEO Specialist for project-based cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Website SEO analytics: traffic, rankings, search demand, competitors;
• Development of a quarterly SEO strategy and a monthly SEO action plan;
• Building and managing the semantic core, keyword research and clustering;
• Optimization of website structure, internal linking, and elimination of keyword cannibalization;
• Ensuring technical SEO health (indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals);
• Performance monitoring, hypothesis testing, and preparation of business-oriented reports;
• Link building;
• Creation and maintenance of additional website pages.

Requirements

• Proven successful SEO cases in the US market (preferably with local businesses);
• Experience in building SEO strategies: roadmap, KPI, and organic traffic growth forecasting;
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, Core Updates, E-E-A-T, and Helpful Content;
• Experience in creating high-quality and scalable content (AI + writers);
• Experience with different link-building methods: outreach, crowd links, guest posts;
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Excel/Google Sheets;
• Ability to forecast and evaluate the impact of SEO changes on KPIs.
