• You’ll need to balance business needs, technical constraints, and customer expectations.

What you’ll doRequirements & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements.
• When new functionality is being developed: collect customer requests, conduct competitor and market analysis, prepare draft requirements for new features.
• Research customer processes and identify pain points.
• Document requirements using PRDs, use cases, diagrams, and workflows.
  
   

Product & Integrations

• Work closely with the Product team on new features and improvements.
• Analyze integration-related issues and errors.
• Collaborate with integration providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

Quality & Collaboration

• Test new solutions before and after release.
• Work with Customer Support to investigate and resolve reported issues.
• Prepare clear reports to track performance, improvements, and outcomes.
• Continuously propose enhancements to improve workflows and efficiency.

Your work will directly influence the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of the Precoro product.

The Interview Process Includes:

• An introductory call with our recruiter (45 min)
• Test assignment
• An interview with the hiring manager (60 min)
