Business Development Manager (Gambling\Crypto

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who doesn’t just close deals — but builds sustainable business growth worldwide.

 

Your Mission

  • Develop and expand B2B partnerships with iGaming operators, platforms, and aggregators
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across international markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, contracting, and launch
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities
  • Represent PhoenixGames at international conferences and industry events (online & offline)
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Account teams to ensure successful integrations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within iGaming
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, providers, licensing)
  • Proven experience negotiating with decision-makers
  • Fluent or advanced English (written & spoken)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and KPIs
  • Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong hunter mentality

 

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of iGaming contacts
  • Experience launching new markets
  • Knowledge of slots, crash, or instant games
  • Background in white-label or turnkey solutions
