Project Manager (Product and Analytics)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Analytics team.

We need someone who can manage long-term projects end to end, deliver results, and stay in control even when reality makes adjustments along the way.

Our products are B2C, aimed at a broad audience. We work in a field close to media and socially significant digital projects, so experience in a similar context will be a strong advantage.

What you will do:

• Lead long-term digital projects: from idea and planning to launch and final reporting
• Break down projects into streams and tasks, manage timelines and risks
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors
• Maintain and develop existing products (including working with feedback and bug reports)
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on projects, products, and audience performance
• Optimize internal processes

What we value:

Experience

• 3+ years in IT in a Project Manager or Business Analyst role
• Experience with B2C products with a large audience is a strong plus
• Background in media, digital, content, or socially impactful projects is welcome
• EU residency
• Ability to work under a B2B contract

Skills

• Project development management: decomposition, task definition, deadline control
• Business Analysis skills: requirements gathering and documentation
• QA skills: test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Analytics:
  • Google Analytics
  • Understanding of web, mobile, and social platform analytics
• Confident user of:
  • Jira, Slack
  • Google Sheets, Google Slides
  • Looker Studio and Google Apps Script are a plus
  • Iconosquare or other social media analytics tools
  • Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, YouTube Studio
• Russian or Belarusian — native or C2
• English — B1+

Working conditions

• Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Warsaw time)
• Fully remote
