Head of Sales and Marketing
Dataweb Global Group, an international IT infrastructure solutions provider, is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to execute and operationalize the commercial vision defined by the CCO by translating strategic priorities into measurable sales and marketing initiatives.
Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-level Bare Metal, both Public and Private cloud offerings, and content delivery services (CDN).
We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, funtech and more.

Responsibilities:
- Translate commercial strategy into quarterly and monthly plans, revenue targets, KPIs, and team objectives
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline, ensuring structured processes, qualification standards, and forecast accuracy
- Support and close key deals, leading complex negotiations and driving conversion to revenue
- Identify and develop new market niches and customer segments to expand commercial reach
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing to generate qualified demand and sustainable pipeline growth
- Oversee digital and performance marketing initiatives (traffic acquisition, content, SEO/SEM, partnerships) with clear revenue impact
- Monitor funnel performance, conversion rates, CAC, and overall commercial efficiency
Requirements:
- 6+ years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or technical services
- Experience leading execution teams in sales and marketing
- In-depth expertise in B2B sales, knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Strong background in online marketing and demand generation
- Proven ability to run structured execution against defined strategy
- Experience working with technical products and technical buyers
- Strong executor, disciplined, metrics-driven, and process-oriented
- Comfortable working within a defined strategic framework
- Able to manage complexity and maintain control in fast-moving markets
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel regularly, particularly within Europe
