Head of Sales and Marketing
Dataweb Global Group, an international IT infrastructure solutions provider, is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to execute and operationalize the commercial vision defined by the CCO by translating strategic priorities into measurable sales and marketing initiatives.
Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-level Bare Metal, both Public and Private cloud offerings, and content delivery services (CDN).
We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, funtech and more.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution
- Translate strategic goals into quarterly and monthly plans, KPIs, and team objectives
- Ensure consistent execution across marketing and sales channels
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and proactively adjust execution
Marketing Execution (main focus)
- Run digital and performance marketing initiatives: traffic acquisition, content, SEO/SEM, partnerships
- Execute go-to-market plans for entering new niches and customer segments
- Coordinate creation of product content, technical materials, benchmarks, and case studies
- Track funnel performance and efficiency metrics
Sales Execution (new-new revenue focus)
- Manage new-business sales activities (inbound and outbound)
- Implement and enforce sales processes, pipelines, and qualification standards
- Support key deals and ensure conversion of marketing-generated demand
- Maintain predictable sales execution and forecasting
Control & Reporting
- Own operational reporting on pipeline, funnel performance, CAC, conversion rates etc
- Provide clear, structured updates to the CCO on execution status, risks, and results
Requirements:
- 6+ years in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or technical services
- Experience leading execution teams in sales and marketing
- Strong background in online marketing and demand generation
- Proven ability to run structured execution against defined strategy
- Experience working with technical products and technical buyers
- Strong executor, disciplined, metrics-driven, and process-oriented
- Comfortable working within a defined strategic framework
- Able to manage complexity and maintain control in fast-moving markets
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel regularly, particularly within Europe
