Your Role
- You are a natural born
You will be the first sales hire joining our young core team.
Beware: this is a hunters’ role, not a traditional account management role.
Your job is to
- build and own a new client pipeline from scratch via outbound sales channels
- own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- manage prospects through the entire process end-to-end
- run discovery calls and qualify clients based on hiring needs
- present and sell AI engineers outsourcing and recruitment services
- negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- grow our initial market presence in selected niches
- work closely with recruiters to ensure successful matching and delivery after deal closure
- register every step precisely in our CRM we have zero tolerance on data hygiene
- take initiative, experiment, and help shape our AI-driven sales processes
You will operate in a fast paced environment where manual work is high at the start.
AI tools we are implementing, will gradually eliminate repetitive tasks.
Your ability to work with AI - not fight it - is essential.
While maintaining human excellence in each of client’s touchpoints.
What We Expect From You
MUST-HAVES
- Proven track record in full-cycle B2B sales in the IT-sector
- Strong hunter mentality: competitive, proactive, deal-driven
- Strong people skills combined with digital and tech affinity
- Comfort with high outbound volume
- Discipline in data registration; we manage by data, no excuses
- Ability to work with CRM tools efficiently
- Hunger to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity for AI, automations, new tools
- Self-management and strong internal drive
- Fluency in English
NICE-TO-HAVES
Proven experience in placing IT-engineers is a big bonus
- Experience in selling recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or contracting
- Experience in selling to AI or IT-driven companies
- Understanding of operational and financial metrics, conversion rates, and building efficient prospect pipelines
Compensation & Advantages
Monthly freelance fee of €3.000
Performance based fees
Paid leave of 30 days per year
