Graphic Designer (eSports)

Esports-focused media project working with top-tier gaming broadcasts, tournaments, and community activations. We create engaging visual content for brands that want to connect with the Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2 audience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in 2D visual design and a passion for Dota 2 and CS2. You will be responsible for creating high-impact graphics for advertising integrations, including static and animated banners, promotional messages, sponsor placements, broadcast layouts, and social media visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching 2D graphics for esports broadcast integrations.
• Create banners, promo messages, overlays, and in-stream ad assets.
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and motion design teams.
• Adapt and optimize graphics for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency of style across all visual materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in gaming or esports).
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D commercial or advertising design.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma or After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of Dota 2 and CS2 esports scene, visual style, and community culture.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of composition and typography.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion design or simple animation for promo creatives.
• Familiarity with Twitch/YouTube broadcasting formats and sponsor asset placement.
• Passion for esports, gaming culture, and creative marketing.
