That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to play a key role in shaping Codefinity’s future by hiring people who build, market, and scale our product. This role is about more than closing vacancies — it’s about building strong teams, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, experimenting with sourcing strategies, and creating a hiring experience candidates remember.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment with full-cycle hiring ownership
- Proven experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles of different seniority levels
- Experience with product and marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing (social media, Boolean search, communities, referrals, talent pools, non-obvious platforms)
- Experience working closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted recruitment partner
- Solid interviewing skills and knowledge of different interview techniques
- Experience using ATS and maintaining accurate candidate databases
- Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize recruitment processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work with objections
- Business-oriented mindset and understanding of the talent market
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability
Your Impact:
- Own the full recruitment cycle, primarily in product and marketing domains
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role profiles, highlight hiring risks, and align recruitment outcomes with business goals
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy based on market conditions and role dynamics
- Actively source candidates via multiple channels: direct sourcing, inbound applications, referrals, talent pool, and warm pipelines
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ fit for role requirements and company culture
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing) to deeply understand talent needs and team culture
- Continuously develop your hard and soft skills and support Hiring Managers in improving their candidate interaction skills
