Project Overview

The project is focused on developing and enhancing digital solutions that support investment firms across the entire investment lifecycle — from strategic planning to value creation.

A key part of the project is an internal expert research platform that allows consultants to securely find, engage, and collaborate with external industry experts, delivering high-quality insights for active consulting engagements.

Team: Large, cross-functional team with multiple roles

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the platform’s cloud infrastructure
• Design, build, and scale AWS infrastructure from scratch
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Manage and optimize AWS services, networking, and security
• Deploy and support containerized workloads using Amazon ECS
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response practices
• Ensure infrastructure security, access management, and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Support and integrate data infrastructure components, including Databricks
• Continuously improve infrastructure reliability and developer experience
• Own DevOps processes with the potential to grow into a lead role

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Practical experience with Amazon ECS
• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
• Strong independence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Interview Process

• Internal technical interview (1–1.5 hours)

Additional Information

The candidate must be employed at 0.125 FTE under an employment contract (UoP) with our company and additionally engaged under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract).
