Middle+ Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst to join our team and work with VIP-related data. In this role, you will analyze player behavior and performance metrics, build reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support key business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze VIP-related data, including player activity, behavior, financial, and operational metrics
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for the VIP team and related departments
• Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis based on business needs
• Calculate, monitor, and track key KPIs for the VIP direction
• Identify trends, patterns, and key drivers behind metric changes
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Present analytical insights and findings to business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and managers to clarify data requirements and calculation logic

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL (CTEs, window functions) and Excel
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze high volumes of data
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, traffic analytics, or other product-oriented industries
• Experience using Python for data analysis
