Project Manager (Client Service, German market)

Matbor is a Germany-based digital marketing company operating across the European market.
We help Ukrainian local businesses attract hundreds of customers every month through digital marketing.

Over the past year, we have grown 5×, expanded our team to 20+ specialists, and continue to scale rapidly.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with agency background and German language proficiency who will become the main point of contact for our clients and ensure high service quality and long-term client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via chats and Zoom calls
• Collect client requests and translate them into clear tasks for product and marketing leads
• Coordinate work with internal product and production teams
• Control deadlines and task execution across projects
• Conduct monthly Zoom meetings with clients to present progress and results
• Ensure transparent communication, structured updates, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• German language proficiency — B2+ (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or digital agency
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels
• Experience working with task management tools and spreadsheets
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and structured thinking
• Ambition and willingness to grow professionally together with the company

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00–18:00 CET
• Saturday: client messages until 18:00 CET (no project work)
• Sunday: day off

Compensation

• First month (trial period): $1,500
• After trial: $1,500 base + performance bonus
  (total $2,000–2,200 depending on results)
