MatBor is a Germany-based digital marketing company operating across the European market.
We help local businesses attract customers through digital marketing.

Over the past year, we have grown 5×, expanded our team to 20+ specialists, and continue scaling across Europe.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of client relationships, ensure high service quality, and maintain structured communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via chats and Zoom calls
• Collect client requests and translate them into clear tasks for internal teams
• Coordinate work with marketing, product, and production teams
• Control deadlines and task execution
• Conduct regular Zoom calls with clients (reporting and updates)
• Ensure transparent communication and structured workflows
• Maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction

Requirements

• German language proficiency — C1+ (spoken and written)
• Experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or digital agency
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, local marketing is a plus)
• Experience with task management tools and spreadsheets
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• High level of responsibility and ownership

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00–18:00 CET
• Saturday: urgent client communication only
• Sunday: day off
