LineUp is an IT outsourcing and outstaff company helping international clients expand their teams. We are looking for a Middle System Analyst for a long-term outstaff banking project, where requirements analysis, system integrations, and stable delivery within a regulated environment are key.

Summary

System Analyst for a banking outstaff project, focusing on requirements analysis, system integrations, and delivery within a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements
• Model business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Design system and integration solutions
• Prepare documentation (SRS, functional specifications, API descriptions)
• Decompose requirements into development tasks
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation
• Participate in UAT and release delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• Business process modeling: BPMN
• UML diagrams (Sequence, Activity)
• Data modeling: ER diagrams
• Integration design experience
• API technologies: REST, SOAP, WebSockets
• Message brokers: RabbitMQ or Kafka
• API design and documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger), basic OAuth2 understanding
• Experience with Postman / SoapUI
• SQL (intermediate level, ability to read queries)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of information security basics
• Basic understanding of microservice architecture
• CI/CD fundamentals
• Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Jira, Confluence
• User Stories and Use Cases
• Basic experience with Figma (UI mockups)

• Banking or financial domain experience
