Role overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Liquidity Squad and make sure every lead we generate is sold within 24 hours. You will own liquidity as a system - from product mechanics and pricing to buyer behavior and conversion flow. This role exists because liquidity is the core engine of our marketplace revenue, and we want it predictable, scalable, and fast.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the key squad KPI - % of leads sold within 24 hours - and drive it up week over week
Build and execute a roadmap focused on speed and measurable impact, not “nice-to-have” improvements
Improve lead packaging and trust signals to increase buyer confidence and purchase conversion
Optimize the buying experience end-to-end - funnel, UX, checkout, and repeat purchase behavior
Run high-velocity experiments - hypothesis, test, learn, scale or kill - with clear metrics
Partner daily with Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success to remove friction and increase liquidity
Apply AI and automation to scale liquidity - demand prediction, routing, pricing logic, and nudges
✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:
4+ years of Product Management experience (Senior PM / Lead PM level)
Strong background in marketplaces, transactional products, or growth-heavy SaaS
Proven ability to move core business metrics like conversion, retention, revenue, or liquidity
Deep understanding of supply and demand balance, liquidity mechanics, and unit economics
Strong product analytics skills - you make decisions based on data, not opinions
Ability to execute fast, take ownership, and make hard trade-offs without waiting for permission
English level strong enough for daily async communication, product documentation, and calls
➕ Bonus if you have:
Experience with dynamic pricing, marketplace routing, or inventory monetization systems
Strong experimentation background (A/B testing frameworks, rapid iteration loops)
Experience using AI for product automation and decision-making support
Experience building trust systems (quality scoring, fraud prevention, transparency signals)
Background in high-tempo companies where speed is a core operating principle
