Sales Manager / Senior SDR

About the Role
 

We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Senior SDR with a strong history of closing B2B deals. This role focuses on owning the sales process end-to-end from outbound prospecting to closing while collaborating closely with the technical team. We’re seeking someone who owns deals from first contact to close, and understands how to sell technical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: outbound prospecting, lead qualification (sourced via Upwork, LinkedIn, and inbound channels), discovery calls, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure
     
  • Build and optimize outbound sales processes on LinkedIn, including account-based outreach (ABM) for different roles and industries
     
  • Maintain a clean, structured CRM pipeline with accurate and up-to-date data
     
  • Track and analyze key metrics: reply rate, conversion rate, “SQL” to “Won”
     
  • Collaborate with technical team to align messaging, offers, and goals
     
  • Contribute to the improvement and scaling of sales processes

     

Requirements

  • English B2+ or higher
     
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (both Upwork and outbound leads)
     
  • Strong history of closing deals
     
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
     
  • Strong understanding of software development and design services, including relevant terminology, tools, and SDLC concepts
     
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred, but not required)
