Technical Writer to $2000

The Mission: We are looking for a clear, technical communicator to bridge the gap between our complex energy management technology and our users. You will be responsible for ensuring that our documentation-both internal and external-is world-class, enabling our team to move faster and our customers to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Spectrum Documentation: Create and maintain internal developer documentation, in-app tooltips, and comprehensive customer-facing help centers.
• Content Strategy: Work under the Product department to define the tone and structure of our knowledge base.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) Interviews: Proactively interview engineers and product managers to translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven guides.
• User Advocacy: Use your writing to simplify the onboarding process and reduce support tickets through clarity.

Requirements:

• Native-level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must.
• Experience: Open to candidates with basic experience (0–2 years) who possess a high technical aptitude.
• Remote Mastery: Highly organized and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Advantage: Familiarity with Markdown, GitHub, or SaaS documentation platforms (e.g., GitBook, ReadMe).
