Finance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to support financial operations, planning, and reporting in a flexible working format.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial operations of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, cash flow, budgets, forecasts)
• Monitor company expenses, revenues, and financial performance
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Collaborate with management on financial strategy and decision-making
• Work with external accountants, banks, and service providers if needed
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
• Optimize financial processes and improve cost efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis (preferably in IT or tech companies)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working with accounting/financial software and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote or flexible environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or fast-growing IT companies
• Knowledge of international accounting or working with multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with SaaS metrics and unit economics
