🎯 About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager — a key operational role with direct responsibility for the health, stability, and performance of client Amazon businesses.

This role is for someone who:

Has lived inside Seller Central for years
Understands the business behind the dashboard
Thinks in terms of ownership and outcomes, not tasks
Can be trusted with real budgets, real brands, and real responsibility

You won’t “support” an account.
You will act as an internal brand owner, ensuring that execution across PPC, catalog, inventory, and compliance is tight and proactive.

💼 Working Conditions:

🏡 Full-time, long-term position
🕒 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
🌍 Timezone should mostly aligned with Israel timezone (not strictly)
💰 Salary range: $1,500 – $2,000
🌐 International team & global brands
⏰ Flexible schedule

🔍 Requirements & Experience:

🔹 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
🔹 Mandatory agency experience
🔹 Experience managing multiple SKUs or brands simultaneously
🔹 Strong understanding of:
- Account Health & policy compliance
- Catalog structures, variations, and data accuracy
- Inventory planning and stockout risk
- PPC fundamentals and performance drivers
- Conversion rate and listing quality
🔹 Business mindset — understanding margins, cash flow, and inventory pressure
🔹 Ability to clearly explain Amazon performance to brand owners
🔹 Confidence in taking responsibility for results

 

📌 Brand-owner experience is a strong plus

 

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Own the day-to-day health and execution of Amazon accounts
🔸 Monitor and proactively manage Account Health, catalog, and inventory risks
🔸 Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across:
-PPC performance
-Listings and variations
-Creative and conversion optimization
🔸 Identify issues internally before clients raise them
🔸 Act as the internal owner of the Amazon business, not a task executor
