About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across technical and non-technical roles. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who wants to grow into a strong recruiter by working closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
You will assist with sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and recruitment operations while learning best-in-class hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, and referrals
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews
- Support interview coordination and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or internal tracking tools
- Assist with job description posting and updates
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Help collect interview feedback and prepare hiring reports
- Learn and follow structured hiring workflows and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent sourcing (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent operations
- Basic understanding of hiring processes (screening, interviews, offers)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and online tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or job boards
- Familiarity with ATS systems or CRM tools
- Experience recruiting for tech, digital, or startup roles
- Background in HR, psychology, communications, or business
- Additional languages
