Retention Manager

We are looking for a proactive Retention Manager to take ownership of our user lifecycle strategy. If you know how to turn a "new user" into a "loyal player" using data, smart segmentation, and AI โ€” we want to meet you.

๐Ÿ“ The Role: You will take ownership of the player lifecycle, ensuring our users stay engaged, active, and loyal.

  • Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, In-App, Web Push).
  • Journey Building: Design automated workflows covering Onboarding, Activation, and Reactivation stages.
  • Segmentation: Utilize RFM analysis and behavioral data to target the right players with the right message.
  • Optimization: Run A/B tests to boost Open Rates, CTR, and Conversion.
  • Innovation: Actively use AI tools to generate content, build logic, and streamline workflows.

๐Ÿ›  Tech Stack: Experience with Customer.io, Smartico, Fasttrack, or Optimove is a strong advantage.

  • Experience: 1.5โ€“3 years in CRM / Retention Marketing.
  • Industry: Experience in iGaming or digital products is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and copywriting.
  • Mindset: Analytical approach to data and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy: You are comfortable using AI for automation and content generation.
