Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer to $1200
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Marketer who loves ideas, angles, and scroll-stopping creatives. You’ll work on projects for both international and Ukrainian companies, creating clear and actionable creative briefs for ads.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for a flexible side role — you can easily combine it with your main job or other projects. You’ll also work closely with an experienced Creative Marketer who will personally mentor you, share feedback, and help you grow faster.
Format & Payment
- Project-based, part-time
- Fully remote
- Payment per each completed creative brief
What You’ll Do
- Create creative concepts and angles for performance campaigns in Meta
- Develop clear and structured briefs for designers and content creators (idea, hook, structure, key messages, CTA, references)
- Work with different markets: international clients and Ukrainian brands
- Adapt ideas to different formats (static, video, UGC-style creatives)
- Improve your creatives through feedback and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in creative marketing, advertising, and content strategy
- Ability to think in ideas and clearly explain them in writing
- Basic understanding of how ads work
- English level sufficient to create briefs in English and analyze competitors
- Responsibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn
