Main objective of the role
Building and developing a systematic marketing strategy for a crypto exchange service: increasing applications and clients, managing acquisition channels, and building a strong brand in the Polish market.
Tasks and responsibilities
Developing a marketing strategy and setting KPIs for business goals.
Managing the existing marketing team (SMM and targeting).
Improving content quality: ideas, meanings, creative concepts.
Launching tests, analyzing results, and scaling effective combinations.
Working with analytics: leads, CPA, ROI, funnel.
Managing contractors and the internal team.
Participating in the development and positioning of the company's brand.
Requirements
Experience working with the Polish market is mandatory.
Experience in fintech/financial projects.
Strong analytical skills and a focus on numbers and results.
Strategic thinking and a high level of responsibility.
Working conditions
Work format: remote or hybrid.
Schedule: Full-time.
Payment: discussed individually.
