Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant commercial experience as an Android Developer;
• Solid hands-on experience with Kotlin;
• Practical experience with Coroutines and Flows or strong willingness to work with them;
• Good understanding of Android SDK and modern Android development practices, including Jetpack Compose;
• Basic experience or understanding of Android Accessibility API;
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, Data Structures, and basic Algorithm concepts;
• Experience working with REST APIs; experience with message brokers is a plus;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or willingness to work closely with them;
• Experience in Healthcare or other regulated domains is a plus;
• Active user of GenAI in daily development workflows;
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve skills on a regular basis;

• At least an Intermediate English level for daily communication.

   

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Team on a daily basis to clarify requirements and implement features;
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, following best practices;
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services;
• Participate in planning sessions, technical discussions, and demos;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, UX/UI) to deliver high-quality features;
• Ensure code quality, performance, and basic security standards, especially when working with healthcare-related data;
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them reliably within agreed timelines;
• Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
