Junior Recruiter
For our client, an international Executive Search firm with offices in many countries, we are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter.
📍Kyiv- Hybrid work format
✅ Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Experience working in recruitment, executive search, or consulting companies would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of resume databases, social networks, professional websites, and Boolean search.
- Attention to detail.
- Skills in analyzing information and preparing analytical reports.
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially knowledge of business correspondence).
- Self-organization, perseverance, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work in the field of executive search.
✅ Responsibilities:
- To identify candidates in accordance with the defined search strategy.
- To conduct an initial assessment of CVs, candidate profiles, and English language proficiency,and clarify information according to project documentation.
- To log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and/or other internal databases.
- To write talent mapping reports (variable roles and professional areas).
- To support candidates in the selection process, provide interim and final feedback.
To coordinate the work of the sourcer and communicate with colleagues involved in the project.
