We build SaaS solutions for modern restaurants, helping venues increase revenue through digital tools such as QR payments, table ordering, delivery, takeaway, table reservations, and other services.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an International Recruiter to join us.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech roles (sales, support, operations, marketing);
  • Proven experience hiring local candidates across Europe;
  • English level B2 or higher for communication with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle โ€” from sourcing to offer stage;
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while effectively managing time and priorities;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to react quickly to changing needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment for non-tech roles across different functions (sales, support, operations, marketing);
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation;
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers to align on requirements and provide regular feedback;
  • Conducting candidate screenings and assessing fit against role requirements;
  • Supporting candidates throughout all recruitment stages and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
