About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Team Lead who combines strong hands-on recruiting expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and scale a recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys recruiting personally but is ready (or already proven) to take ownership of team performance, processes, and delivery quality.

You will work closely with hiring managers, sales, and leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality hiring across multiple roles and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Hands-on)

โ€” Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.

โ€” Conduct intake calls with hiring managers and clients; clarify requirements, priorities, and success criteria.

โ€” Build and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, direct search, databases, etc.).

โ€” Screen, interview, and assess candidates; present shortlists with clear hiring insights.

โ€” Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

โ€” Support offer management, negotiations, and closing.

 

Team Leadership & Management
Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required. We are ready to support your transition into a leadership role.
 

โ€” Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (onboarding, coaching, performance support).

โ€” Distribute vacancies, monitor workload, and ensure balanced capacity across the team.

โ€” Set clear KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, interview-to-offer ratios, etc.).

โ€” Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

โ€” Support junior and mid-level recruiters in improving sourcing, screening, and stakeholder communication.

Process & Quality Ownership

โ€” Improve and standardize recruitment processes, templates, and best practices.

โ€” Ensure data accuracy and transparency in ATS/CRM systems

โ€” Identify bottlenecks in hiring processes and propose improvements.

โ€” Maintain high standards of candidate and client communication.

 

Requirements

โ€” 4+ years of experience in recruitment.

โ€” At least 1 year of experience in a Lead/Senior/Mentorship role (formal or informal).

โ€” Strong sourcing expertise.

โ€” Experience hiring across multiple countries and markets.

โ€” Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.

โ€” Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

โ€” Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

โ€” English โ€” Upper-intermediate+

Nice to Have

โ€” Experience in IT staffing/recruitment agency environment.

โ€” Experience building recruitment processes from scratch or scaling teams.

โ€” Understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel analytics.
