Lead Generation Manager (Trainee / Junior)

We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior Lead Generator who is proactive, motivated, and eager to grow within our team at FuturiX Solutions 📈

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct outreach through LinkedIn as the primary channel.

🔹 Create and run multi-step outreach campaigns to schedule calls with potential clients.

🔹Track outreach metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.

🔹Qualify, nurture, and segment leads according to ideal client profiles.

🔹Follow monthly KPI goals and priorities.

🔹Collaborate with the internal Sales Team and provide regular updates.

🔹 Build databases or work with existing ones: analyze, verify, and segment.

📋 Requirements:

🔹Organizational and time management skills, and a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

🔹Basic understanding of lead generation principles (courses or self-learning).

🔹 Initial experience or theoretical knowledge in B2B sales.

🔹Desire to learn, adapt quickly, and follow established outreach workflows.

🔹 Basic experience with CRM tools and lead-tracking workflows.

🔹 Eagerness to experiment, analyze results, and improve.

🔹Strong written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

🔹 At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

🔹 Prior experience in lead generation or sourcing roles is advantageous.

🔹 Interest in tech domains (fintech, blockchain, SaaS, etc.).

🔹 An existing professional network is an advantage, but not required.
