Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager, who can efficiently manage the full lifecycle of technical projects. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and apply advanced project management methodologies is crucial. Responsibilities:

🔸 Managing the full lifecycle of IT projects: from initiation and planning to successful completion.

🔸 Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA, and other specialists.

🔸 Identifying and managing risks, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and project quality are met.

🔸 Implementing and utilizing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

🔸 Interacting with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide progress reports.

🔸 Maintaining project documentation and preparing reports.

🔸 Analyzing performance and process efficiency, offering suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

🔸 At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field.

🔸 English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

🔸 Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT project specifics.

🔸 Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

🔸 Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets, and risks effectively.

🔸 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients and technical teams.

🔸 Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

🔸 Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).

🔸 A degree in IT or project management would be an advantage.

Will be a plus:
