Project Manager (Client Communication / Task Management)

Rivex Software is a tech company founded by experienced developers. We combine outsourcing services with internal product development to deliver powerful web tools that optimize workflows and improve performance.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to join our team and help manage communication between our clients and development team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has experience in project coordination and documentation writing.
 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with client-side project managers to gather requirements, clarify tasks, and ensure alignment on deliverables
• Break down client requests into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
• Maintain and update internal documentation, task specifications, and technical guides
• Track task progress and ensure timely follow-ups with both clients and internal team
• Assist with preparing user guides, release notes, and onboarding materials
   

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working with development teams and/or technical products
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured tasks and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Highly organized, with good time-management and self-management skills
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT, SaaS, or mobile app development projects
• Knowledge of basic technical concepts (APIs, databases, web development)
