Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support outreach, lead generation, and early-stage client communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with structured outreach, interested in sales and business development, and ready to grow in a fast-moving international environment.
You will support the sales process through lead research, outbound communication, follow-ups, CRM updates, and introductory client conversations, while also assisting with proposals and opportunity coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
• Identify and research potential clients according to the company’s Buyer Personas
• Execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email)
• Qualify inbound leads
2. Client Communication
• Conduct intro calls and discovery conversations
• Clearly explain D2 Digital’s unique capabilities and value in delivering ready products leveraging AI and own unique tech
• Maintain professional and confident communication with international clients
3. Opportunity Management
• Support deal progression (follow-ups, coordination, scheduling)
• Deal closing (with the help of the company’s subject matter experts such as Solutions Engineers)
• Maintain CRM tracking
• Prepare proposals, assist in preparing presentations
4. Growth into AI Product Sales
• Learn how to position AI-driven solutions
• Develop understanding of product development and fintech use cases
Support & Resources
You will not be working alone. This role is designed to be supported by a strong internal team:
• Founder: strategy, advise on complex sales conversations
• Marketing / SMM: support with content, positioning, and inbound lead generation
• Operations & Delivery Team: assistance with proposals, estimates, and technical validation
Requirements
Core
• Strong spoken and written English (must-have)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable with outreach
Nice to Have
• Exposure to tech / software / digital products
• Interest in AI, automation, or product development
• Interest in fintech or financial products
• Experience with tools like:
• CRM systems
• LinkedIn
• email automation tools
