We operate in startup mode: fast shipping, aggressive iteration, and a direct line between your

work and business results.

What you will do:

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and networks; maintain a clean partner pipeline.

Own partner performance: caps, payouts, quality scoring, and compliance checks.

Run a weekly routine: new landing pages, new creative packs, partner updates, and reporting.

Coordinate with Funnels PM for landing page requirements and with Studio for partner packs.

Work with Growth Ops to ensure clean tracking, postbacks, and attribution.
 

How we see your first 90 days:

Week 1-2: audit current program, define partner scorecard and weekly routine ,

Weeks 3-6: recruit and activate new partners; ship weekly creative/lander packs ,

Weeks 7-12: scale profitable partners, tighten quality controls, stabilize weekly growth cadence.

Experience:
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing/partner management ,

- Strong negotiation and relationship management – you can close and maintain top partners ,

- Quality-first mindset: fraud detection instincts and compliance discipline ,

Hands-on startup operator; high tempo and strong organization.
